- In November 2021, lighting struck the fire panel system and affected all intercoms in all cells at the jail. There is currently no 2 way communication at the jail. Technical assistance provided.
- Multiple cells had excess graffiti and clutter spread throughout the cell. Technical assistance provided.
- Only two staff members have food handler's training. There need to be additional staff members with food handler's training to properly cover and supervise this area. Technical assistance provided.
