I would like to be informed about mental inmates after they have completed and gave been found by a state mental hospital and an incompetent inmate has been found incompetent to stand trial, how long under the law can a these inmates be expected to stay in jail when they have not been found guilty. If the Judge is being venductive and judge feels she is above the law.
